Supervision
Children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times. We do not provide childcare or supervision.

Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your child(ren) and their behavior during your visit.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your child.

Assumption of Risk
Play involves inherent risks. By entering, you accept all risks associated with use of the play area and facilities.

Liability Waiver
Chapter Pink Play Café, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

Health & Safety
For the safety of all guests, children who are sick should not enter the play area.

Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

Agreement
By booking a session or entering the space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
